Browse. This is the quickest way to start. At the top of each page you'll find navigation tabs and an alphabetical index. Click on one of the tabs to start browsing.
Install. This software can be run directly from the CD-ROM, but it will run even faster if you copy the contents to your hard drive. (You'll need at least 450 megabytes free on your computer.) To make it easier, we've included a zip file on this CD-ROM just create a new folder on your desktop, drag the zip file to your computer, and unzip it.

Unlike the online version of New Advent, this CD-ROM version contains no search engine. Fortunately, there are some excellent solutions, many of them free of charge. We especially recommend:

Windows. Google Desktop Search (free, and excellent) and Windows Search (included with Vista and Windows 7, and available as a free add-on to Windows XP.)
